I was happy to find the O-ring, and many other parts, on the Fayette site. The part arrived as promised. That's the good part. Not so good were 1) lack of notifications, particularly when it was shipped and when it would arrive. I needed to keep guessing. 2) delivery options: I ordered on 7/10 and got the part on 7/20. While I chose USPS priority mail (so not th emost expensive option) I paid more on shipping cost than on the part. It would have helped if the part was shipped same day or at least next day.
