PARTS DEPT GETS AAA RATING ! March 23, 2023 Reviewer: JIM from Portage, MI United States   From ordering parts OL, to contacting them directly with a question, then them shipping them out (w/o a request) immediately and into the shippers hands was exceedingly, unexpectedly fast (maybe an hour?) on a Friday afternoon, and, I had them on Tuesday ! Excellent service, friendly and fast. They also had the exact 'Dexter' grease I wanted, which is what took me OL to them in the first place - what good luck !  Would very highly recommend them. Small order review. November 18, 2021 Reviewer: Lloyd Marks from Bloomfield Hills, MI United States   I placed a small order and received the wrong items by mistake.  Contacted customer service at about 8:01 am.  My mistake had been corrected, replacement items shipped, and a very  nice young man knew who I was and informed me that everything had been corrected.
