Fayette Weld-on Trailer Spare Tire Mount for Bumper Pull Deckover and Flatdeck Trailers.
This mount was specifically designed for PJ Trailers deckover and flat deck bumper pull models with a 2" square tubing headache rail on the front of the deck.
Designed for PJ Trailers but may also work on other brands (not guaranteed)
This spare tire mount is professionally laser cut, formed, welded, acid washed, and finally a high quality powder coat finish is added.
Comes with (2) 1/2" wheel studs pressed in.

Installation Instructions:
Prior To drilling,measure the mounting position to ensure the spare tire will properly clear the trailer jack, tongue etc.Set the mount in position and using the holes on the mount as a guide .Drill the holes in the box tubing and trailer frame for the mount/ Securely bolt the mount to the trailer. The finish product is not only very secure and stable, but also looks great! No welding is required .

I am giving a poor rating as you have shipped the wrong spare tire mount.  I ordered a weld on tire mount and received the wrong one.
